Yes. Reading, word-by-word meaning, transliteration, tafseer, recitation and the hifz tools are all free, with no subscription and no adverts. An account is only needed if you want your bookmarks and memorisation progress saved across devices.

The commentary is Tafseer bil-Ma'thur — narration-based — drawn from classical works including Ibn Kathir and At-Tabari. Each passage is shown with its source attribution so you can see what you are reading and trace it back.
