وَٱلْعَصْرِBy the time

By time,

إِنَّIndeed
ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَmankind
لَفِى(is) surely, in
خُسْرٍloss
٢
Indeed, mankind is in loss,
3
إِلَّاExcept
ٱلَّذِينَthose who
ءَامَنُواْbelieve
وَعَمِلُواْand do
ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِrighteous deeds
وَتَوَاصَوْاْand enjoin (each other)
بِٱلْحَقِّto the truth
وَتَوَاصَوْاْand enjoin (each other)
بِٱلصَّبْرِto [the] patience

Except for those who have believed and done righteous deeds and advised each other to truth and advised each other to patience.
