The Earthquake
الزلزلةDescribes the second life after death, when the earth itself will testify to everything that happened upon it and every deed, however small, will be brought to account.

إِذَاWhen
زُلْزِلَتِis shaken
ٱلْأَرْضُthe earth
زِلْزَالَهَا(with) its earthquake
١
When the earth is shaken with its [final] earthquake
2
وَأَخْرَجَتِAnd brings forth
ٱلْأَرْضُthe earth
أَثْقَالَهَاits burdens
٢
And the earth discharges its burdens
3
وَقَالَAnd says
ٱلْإِنسَـٰنُman
مَاWhat
لَهَا(is) with it
٣
And man says, "What is [wrong] with it?" -
4
يَوْمَئِذٍۢThat Day
تُحَدِّثُit will report
أَخْبَارَهَاits news

That Day, it will report its news
5
بِأَنَّBecause
رَبَّكَyour Lord
أَوْحَىٰinspired
لَهَا[to] it
٥
Because your Lord has inspired [i.e., commanded] it.
6
يَوْمَئِذٍۢThat Day
يَصْدُرُwill proceed
ٱلنَّاسُthe mankind
أَشْتَاتًۭا(in) scattered groups
لِّيُرَوْا۟to be shown
أَعْمَـٰلَهُمْtheir deeds

That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds.
7
فَمَنSo whoever
يَعْمَلْdoes
مِثْقَالَ(equal to the) weight
ذَرَّةٍ(of) an atom
خَيْرًۭاgood
يَرَهُۥwill see it
7
So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it,
8
وَمَنAnd whoever
يَعْمَلْdoes
مِثْقَالَ(equal to the) weight
ذَرَّةٍۢ(of) an atom
شَرًّۭاevil
يَرَهُۥwill see it
8
And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it.
